September

We've been very busy recently, mostly with ongoing pieces and neither Eva nor myself have really taken photos of pieces in progress, just waiting to post the finished article. Here's some of the stuff we have taken photos of:

A little cover up on Anna, a nice quick fun one

Managed to do this in a few hours on Jason's arm. We're going to add some doves in a couple weeks and finish off the background.

Sail ship on Sean, Going to add red to the rose and then add some more bits to complete a full sleeve, I love doing this kind of work

Heart locket and Key on Wendy, this is a healed photo and I'm really happy with the way it's turned out

Oliver Peck Guest Spot

As Promised, dates for Oliver Peck are the 19th September-21st September, anyone looking for an appointment can call the shop.

Oliver Peck will be back with us for another guestspot the middle of September, we'll post the exact dates when we have them, anyone looking to get an appointment can call the shop.

Eva and I have been treated to some really nice pieces recently, we're both lucky to have customers who give us an idea and free skin to go to town with, and it's great to get some big pieces finished and looking better than we planned.

I managed to finish off Anthony's leg today and get a picture of the finished product.

This was a great walk-in piece on Saturday and very fun to do, F.T.W.

Zepplin art work, because they're the best band ever I'm told.

And some Boog flash finished, the top half's healed up, bottom's still red and fresh.

Busy times

Been a bit busy recently and haven't had much time to update, but here's some of what we've been doing!

Start of a dragon half sleeve, a lot more work to do but it'll end up claret and blue as Mark's a big Hammers fan for some reason

A nice dagger on Chris, fun to keep it simple and traditional

A key for Kay, really enjoyed doing this kind a black and grey work

Black and grey Swallow, lots of great traditional stuff to do

State of the Art 2011

Such a great weekend, had great fun and met some great people. Just can't wait to work the next one now! Want to tell everyone to check out:

http://www.facebook.com/Diamondinkts - Faye was working next to us and helped us out loads. She started and Finished a cowgirl pin up over the convention that ended up looking sweet. I also got to do a little tattoo on Elsa the piercer there, great studio up in Sheffield.

http://www.twistedinktattoo.co.uk/ - We met Chardaine, Jamma Dodger and Jack at the pre show party and was great to talk tattoos to. They did some big work over the weekend and there's a lot of good stuff to look at on the website.

http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=196217949072 - I tattooed Adam and his apprentice Kelly with a couple of small tattoos. Another great studio who were set up along our row. Adam did some really nice fun tattoos, and it was a great way to end by tattooing him.

Everyone we met were a pleasure to talk to, from other tattooists to customers to people just stopping by, was a really friendly atmosphere which carried on throughout the weekend.
